Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage- 70 mins- £85
A full body treatment designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system to encourage
lymph fluid movement and reduce water retention. It is a wellness massage that can
improve overall wellbeing and unlike traditional lymphatic drainage uses firmer, faster

and more rhythmic movements. You often see immediate physical changes due to fluid movement.

Focused area Manual Lymphatic Drainage- 30/45 mins - £45/60
This is for a specific problem area. This type of treatment is perfect for lipodema,
lymphoedema or areas of discomfort where moving fluid eases pain and reduces
puffiness. A medical note may be required for this treatment.

The Full Reset- 120 mins - £125
The ultimate relaxation and super popular! A full Brazilian drainage teamed with the
reset and glow facial. Pure indulgence.

Wood Therapy body contour detox and drain- 75 mins- £90
Using Brazilian Drainage techniques teamed with Columbian wood therapy tools to
sculpt and contour the body. More pressure than my standard drainage and slightly
more focussed on bum, tum and thighs. I find the best results of this come after regular
Brazilian drainage.

Post Operative Lymphatic Drainage- 75/90 mins -£90/£100
An absolute game changer for post op recovery. I can work with clients from cosmetic
surgery to replacements to mastectomy and reconstructions. Post op MLD is very
gentle and focussed on improving your recovery. We work alongside the
surgeon/consultants recommendations and not only carry out a treatment but help with
other parts of post op care from taping and compression checks and options to
checking for any signs of infection, problem areas and general health.

Pregnancy Lymphatic massage- 60 mins- £75
Swollen, puffy legs and feeling uncomfortable then this treatment is perfect for you.
Avoiding the abdomen area, the gentle massage and drainage helps to reduce the
puffiness and ease the aches and pains of growing a tiny human. Suitable from 12
weeks.

​Post partum/ C section recovery- 70 mins- £85
We all know growing and delivering a baby takes a huge toll on the human body. Post
partum recovery is growing hugely in popularity to help recover stronger, quicker and
safely especially in C section deliveries. At Reset Room we can help you in getting you
to feel more like your old self and if C section was for you then we can treat the scar
with some post op work and give you some homework to make your recovery the best
possible.

Reset & Glow facial- 60 mins- £70
Not your traditional ‘product on, product off’ facial. This treatment begins with a hot cloth
cleanse followed by an AHA toner and resurfacer… then comes the good bit. Orange
flower facial oil to massage the face with hands using techniques to drain, lift and sculpt.
Relieving tension using acupressure and clearing sinuses with effective drainage, the
facial massage element is super relaxing. We then go on to relieve jaw tension and help
headaches with buccal intra oral massage. This works inside the mouth right up into the
cheekbone and not only relieves pressure but also helps to sculpt the face. We finish
with a set of facial tools and cups to further enhance the sculpt and finish with a serum,
moisturiser and ice globes. This treatment uses Neals Yard and Genosys products.

Post flight detox & drain- 70 mins- £85
A standard lymphatic drainage with a focus on the legs and abdomen to reduce
puffiness in the legs and release any gut tension from flying.

Targeted area cupping for muscle relief- 30/45 mins- £45/£60
Deep tissue work using Rockpod cups. Working with static, gliding and vibrating cups
we can release muscle tension and aches and pains. Great to release fascia and
improve mobility.
